Does what it claims.
It works , teeth are much whiter even my Dentist remarked on that fact when i went for my check up , however, i could not get the mouth guard into my mouth it is too huge , i,d get one side in and the other side would pop out when i tried to push the whole thing into my mouth , eventually i gave it up .
